Each club deal is approached with seriousness and discipline:
• preliminary assessment of the opportunity and entry conditions;
• identification of the most suitable partners based on expertise, profile, and horizon;
• support in structuring the deal (structure, governance rules, decision-making processes);
• guidance during the execution phase and key strategic decisions.
